Fairbanks Turn is forever for this wonderful family.

Designs started in the fall of 2023, with the start date of May 2024.

We re-sided, re-roofed, and re-insulated the entire home, and changed the heat source to air-to-air heat pumps, making it energy efficient.

We also revised the general layout, expanding the deck with a finished “dry” area below, opening up the kitchen/dining area, removing the awkwardly angled brick fireplace, and replacing it with a gas fireplace. The master suite, bathrooms, and new finishes have also been redesigned.

We are excited to say we are on time, with the completion date of May 2025!
